Bill Vanden Eynden
As the Broker for BCV Commercial Realty LLC, Bill has more than 40 years of experience in commercial property sales, leasing, development and financing.
He has worked with numerous local, regional and national clients throughout his career covering retail, office, industrial and development uses. After an initial career in banking, he worked as an Associate Broker for several small regional commercial real estate firms and in 2005, he became the commercial real estate broker for B&CV Inc. (Business and Commercial Ventures). In 2013 BCV Commercial Realty LLC was formed to accommodate all commercial property dealings for both entities. In 2018 B&CV Inc. was dissolved and the business brokerage is now part of one entity.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics and the University of Colorado with a degree through the Colorado Graduate School of Banking.
Nick joined BCV Commercial Realty in 2004 as the Principal/Business Broker. Nick brings more than 20 years of experience to the company, with a broad background in business management and operations. Nick is committed to selling businesses and delivering a high success rate in the business brokerage industry and he helps facilitate the buying and selling of small to mid-sized businesses of all kinds. He has successfully negotiated and sold hundreds of businesses as a broker. Nick’s business sales have included restaurants, hospitality, retail, service businesses, manufacturing and distributors. His skills in marketing, public relations, advertising and client relations serve him well in business and commercial real estate sales.
Nick also has a large contact base throughout Maryland, Washington, and Virginia. He is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
Janice has been a part of BCV Commercial Realty for only a short time as Administrative Office Manager. As a stay-at-home mom to her three children, and a former first-grade teacher, Janice has strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize. Because of her exceptional attention to detail, she now works closely with the BCV team to get your business SOLD!
She is motivated, reliable and very successful in fulfilling the client's business goals. Her energetic people skills and follow-ups make her a delight to work with. She keeps a positive attitude with the entire BCV team.
David joined BCV Commercial Realty in the summer of 2014. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Dave had more than 25 years of experience in progressive financial positions.
Dave’s spent time at Zurich Insurance Group, MBNA (acquired by Bank of America) and AxonX LLC (a technology start-up acquired by Fike Corp in 2009).
Dave is involved in the negotiation of all sales and leasing aspects of commercial real estate while maintaining a high level of customer focus.
Dave obtained a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Loyola University.
Ron joined BCV Commercial Realty in the summer of 2020, after more than 40 years of experience in the banking industry with 35 years of experience in commercial real estate lending. Ron’s tenure has included most recently 5 years as Commercial Lending Manager for Rosedale Federal S&L. He has held senior management level positions for major lenders in the industry.
Ron engages in the negotiation of all sales and leasing aspects of commercial real estate while maintaining a high level of customer focus. Ron’s deep experience in commercial real estate finance and complex deal structures is invaluable to the BCV team and our clients.
Benny joined BCV in 2020 after completing a 42-year career in public accounting and industry. Most recently, he was a CPA and partner with Weyrich, Cronin & Sorra, a Maryland CPA firm, where he spent the last 22 years of his business career. At WCS, Benny specialized in taxation issues for businesses and high-income individuals. He also obtained the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in 2003.
Born and raised in Bel Air, Benny is a graduate of Stetson University in Florida and holds an MBA from Loyola College. He has served on the board of several not-for-profit organizations in Harford County as well as the board of Chesapeake Bank of Maryland.
Pat is a graduate of the University of Maryland and enjoyed a very successful high-tech career in both the public and private sectors. After being part of a successful acquisition of a Baltimore-based software company, he decided to pursue his passion for the food and beverage industry and has managed and owned several restaurants since 2008.
Pat has been with BCV for nine years. His experience as a proven businessman and entrepreneur helps him relate to his clients from a true business perspective – understanding their challenges and helping them realize their dreams.
Bob joined BCV in 2015 bringing more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry as an executive and a consultant. Bob was also co-founder and sales director for a software startup which culminated in a successful acquisition by a Fortune 500 company. Additionally, he was Global Sales Director for a major division of JP Morgan.
Bob’s consulting clients over his career have numbered more than 75. He is also co-founder and principal of Slate Ridge Entertainment, LLC. He also devotes considerable time to serving his community as a volunteer and advisor.
Rob Keesling joined BCV in the fall of 2019, after a successful 30-year career in the telecommunications industry, where he held various sales and managerial roles in the Commercial Business space.
Rob’s business and community service experience have helped him develop a true “partnership” approach to working with clients. His focus is on developing relationships and taking steps to understand his clients’ goals. Activities that support the business community include being an Ambassador for the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce and an active member in the Ocean Pines Chamber of Commerce. As a Cornell University Graduate, he serves as a member of their Alumni Ambassadors Network.
Brion is a licensed commercial real estate agent that has worked with a wide variety of companies large and small for several years. He listens and understands the needs of business owners.
He enjoys assisting buyers and sellers of privately held businesses in the buying and selling process.
His services include estimating business valuation, advertising with or without disclosure, and handling interviews, discussions, and negotiations with prospective buyers. He also facilitates the progress of the due diligence investigation and generally assists with the full process of the sale of the business. He has been with BCV for six years.
Jim grew up in Harford County, worked for the Town of Bel Air as the first Executive Director of the Downtown Alliance, Downtown Manager, and Public Relations Officer. Jim started, developed, and sold several businesses and has extensive experience in business and property management, leasing and sales. He has been a licensed Realtor for more than 35 years and specializes in commercial sales and leasing.
Jim is a Board member of the Community Foundation of Harford County, The Albert Close Foundation, past president of Bel Air Rotary Club and Past Chair of the Harford Community College Foundation. He is currently a Commissioner for the Harford County Liquor Control Board.
Jerry is the original founder of Business & Commercial Ventures in 1975 and is now a licensed agent and business broker for BCV Commercial Realty. Jerry has a solid reputation in the industry and is an expert in selling business and commercial property throughout Maryland. He has firsthand experience working and owning restaurants, bars and nightclubs. That has attributed to his success in selling and leasing more than 3,000 restaurants and other related businesses. His vast knowledge makes him exceptionally good at placing the right buyers with the right business.
Jerry attended The University of Baltimore and has obtained degrees in Associate Arts and School of Law.
Lou has been in the restaurant business for 36 years starting with the family business, Village Sub Shop, Steak & Rib Restaurant, S & R Banquet & Catering Hall and Ice Cream Trees. Lou owned and operated Village Sub for 20 years. He understands the business from an owner’s position. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in Restaurants, Bars and Commercial Property and various other businesses he has sold.
He has been selling and assisting owners in acquiring new locations and selling businesses for more than 14 years.
Darrell brings extensive experience to BCV in all facets of the restaurant/food service industry. Darrell managed various food service operations with a specialty in ice cream. He was the owner/operator of Darrell’s Almost Famous, which distributed ice cream products to more than 60 restaurants in the Baltimore-Washington area and he operated a restaurant/ice cream parlor under the same name. Subsequently, Darrell became an award-winning sales associate with a major food distributor in a career spanning 25 years, during which he assisted many foodservice operators with purchasing, menu development and marketing.
Darrell’s great understanding of this business will ensure success for his clients during the buying/selling process.
Paul has more than 40 years of experience in the restaurant and food service industry, which includes marketing, consulting and ownership of restaurants. He is a licensed Commercial Real Estate agent with an MBA degree in marketing. His past includes hosting a cable television show about restaurants for 11 years.
Paul has worked for BCV for more than 14 years.
Having more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Judy is licensed in three states, PA, MI & MD – listing, leasing, selling and Asset Management.
Most Recently: General Manager Harford Mall from 1999 to 2004 Regional Vice President for Prime Retail (outlet centers and regional enclosed shopping malls) General Manager – Crocker Park – 14 city block lifestyle center in Westlake, OH, Vice President and Asset Manager for Lakestar Properties – Portfolio management for Industrial, Office, Flex and Retail centers in the US

Scott has owned various businesses including office coffee and bottled water, industrial catering, vending, concession stands, a full-service restaurant, carry-out, commercial warehouse property management, a bingo hall and gaming wheels.
