Bill Vanden Eynden
As the Broker for BCV Commercial Realty LLC, Bill has over 35 years of experience in commercial property sales, leasing and financing.
He has worked with a number of local, regional and national clients throughout his career covering retail, office, industrial and development uses. After an earlier career in banking, he worked with several small regional commercial real estate firms and in 2005, he became the commercial real estate broker for B&CV (Business and Commercial Ventures). A separate real estate company was formed in 2013, BCV Commercial Realty LLC, to accommodate all commercial property dealings for both entities.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics and the University of Colorado with a degree through the Colorado Graduate School of Banking.
Joined BCV Commercial Realty in 2004. Nick brings over 20 years of experience, a broad background in business management and operations to BCV. Nick is committed to selling businesses and delivering a high success rate in the business brokerage industry. He helps facilitate the buying and selling of small to mid sized businesses of all kinds. He has successfully negotiated and sold hundreds of businesses as a business broker. His business sales have included restaurants, hospitality, retail, service businesses, manufacturing and distributors. His skills in marketing, public relations, advertising and client relations serve him well in business and commercial real estate sales. Nick also has a large contact base throughout Maryland, Washington, and Virginia. Nick is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers)
David joined BCV Commercial Realty in the summer of 2014. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Dave had over 25 years of experience in progressive financial positions.
Dave’s spent time at Zurich Insurance Group, MBNA (acquired by Bank of America) and AxonX LLC (a technology start-up acquired by Fike Corp in 2009).
Dave is involved in the negotiation of all sales and leasing aspects of commercial real estate while maintaining a high level of customer focus.
Dave obtained a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Loyola University.
Linda has been a part of BCV for only a short time as Administrative Assistant for BCV Commercial Realty. She has networked alongside BCV Agents for more than twenty years successfully providing Textile Rental Services for the restaurants and carry outs they have sold. She now works closely with the BCV team to get your business SOLD!
She is motivated, reliable, and very successful in fulfilling the client's business goals. Her energetic people skills and follow ups make her a delight to work with. She keeps a positive attitude with the entire BCV team.
Founder of Business & Commercial Ventures in 1975. Jerry has a strong solid reputation in the industry and is an expert in selling business & commercial property throughout Maryland.
He has firsthand experience working & owning restaurants, bars & night clubs. That has attributed to his success selling & leasing over 3,000 restaurants and other related businesses.
He travels to Restaurant & Bar shows across the country and has developed many business relationships with business owners from all over. His vast knowledge makes him exceptionally good at placing the right buyers with the right business.
Jerry attended The University of Baltimore and has obtained degrees in Associate Arts and School of Law.
Bob joined BCV in 2017. He is a business consultant with 38 years of experience advising organizations on managerial, operational and financial issues.
Prior to establishing his consulting practice, Bob was Executive Director and Global Head of Sales and Account Management for JP Morgan’s Broker Dealer Services Division. He is also co-founder and principal of Slate Ridge Entertainment, LLC along with his partner Craig Ward.
He also devotes considerable time to making a difference wherever he can for civic, charitable and community services, as a volunteer and adviser. His community services, past and present include: Char Hope Foundation - Secretary and a member of the board; Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford County - Treasurer and Board Member; co-host of the Harford Edge, a weekly local affairs radio and internet show, sponsored by the Harford County Public Library; Harford County Board of Estimates - Appointee; Maryland Golf and Country Clubs - Nominating Committee, Long-Range Planning Committee, Finance Committee; Parsons Ridge Homeowners’ Association – President of the Board of Directors.
Pat is a graduate of the University of Maryland and enjoyed a very successful high-tech career in both the public and private sectors. After being part of a successful acquisition of a Baltimore-base software company, he decided to pursue his passion for the food and beverage industry and has managed and owned several restaurants since 2008.
Pat’s experience as a proven businessman and entrepreneur helps him relate to his clients from a true business perspective – understanding their challenges and helping them realize their dreams.

A licensed commercial sales agent with over 40 years of experience in retail and wholesale businesses. Nick has been selling bars, restaurants, carry-outs, delicatessens and liquor stores. For the past 15 years and he also provides consulting services on the start-up of new and renovations of businesses. The knowledge and ability of our offices far exceeds many.
Regina is a Licensed Associate Broker. She joined BCV Commercial Realty in 2004. Regina brings over 40 years of experience with a broad background in business management and operations to BCV. She attended University of Baltimore, studied Business Management with a high concentration in Accounting. She works closely with her husband Nick, selling and consulting on the start-up of new restaurants or renovations. She and Nick are our only husband and wife team.
Paul has 28 years of experience in the restaurant and food service industry, which includes marketing, consulting and ownership of restaurants. He is is a licensed Commercial Real Estate agent with an MBA degree in marketing. His past consists of hosting a cable television show about restaurants for 11 years. He has worked for BCV for over 8 years.
Brion Weintzweig is a licensed commercial real estate agent that has worked with a wide variety of Companies large and small for several years. He listens and understands the needs of business owners.
He enjoys Assisting buyers and sellers of privately held business in the buying and selling process.
His services include: Estimating business valuation. Advertising with or without disclosure. Handling interviews, discussions, and negotiations with prospective buyers. Facilitate the progress of the due diligence investigation and generally assist with the full process of the sale of the business.
Harry is a licensed Commercial Real Estate agent. His experience in the food business began in the 1950's with the family business located in Old Town at the Bel Air Market. He first acquired his real estate license in 1976. His real estate experience includes working with RAF Realty, Sheridan Realty and Long & Foster Realty. In his short tenure at B&CV he has helped broker the sale of several business properties including The Sobo Cafe in Federal Hill, Renee's Lounge in Lansdowne and many others. Harry holds a Master of Science Degree in music education and was an instructor of instrumental music for the Anne Arundel County Public Schools for 31 years.

Jerry Smith has spent over 40 years in the restaurant industry; which included fast-food, casual and fine dining. He was the 39th Franchisee in Subway history and opened the first three stores for Subway in Maryland. In addition, he owned and operated Camps Pub in Charles Village for over 30 years.
Jerry was born and raised in Jersey City, only 3 miles from the Statue of Liberty, before coming to Maryland. He attended Monmouth College in West Long Branch, NJ; where he earned a degree in Business Administration.
